At Divinari, we respect your right to privacy and data ownership. You have full control over your account and personal data, with the right to permanently erase your information at any time.
Overview & Scope
This page provides instructions for requesting complete deletion of your Divinari user account and all associated personal data.
These deletion procedures apply to all Divinari accounts, whether created or accessed using Facebook Login, Google Sign-In, Email/Password, or Patreon.
Primary Method: In-App Self-Service Deletion
The quickest and most direct way to delete your account and personal data is through the Divinari mobile application:
- Open Divinari: Launch the Divinari application on your mobile device and log in to your account.
- Navigate to Settings: Tap the More tab (gear icon) in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select Delete Account: Scroll down and select Delete Account.
- Confirm Deletion: Review the confirmation prompt and tap Confirm Account Deletion.
What happens when your account is deleted:
- Your Firebase Authentication credentials and account identity are permanently deleted.
- Your server profile data and Firestore database records are completely wiped.
- Your local database (Drift SQLite), lesson progress, and settings on your device are recursively erased.
- Analytics identifiers and RevenueCat subscription user links are permanently unlinked.
Alternative Method: Manual Support Request
If you are unable to access the Divinari mobile app or require manual assistance with deleting your account, you can contact our support team directly via email.
Note: Please send the request from the email address associated with your Divinari account. Manual deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
